Payment Options

payment optionsWe offer several different options to pay your program cost so you can make the best choice to fit your needs.


Paying by Credit Card:

Online payment is an convenient, safe and secure method for paying your program costs. It gives you an alternative to paying by check or bank transfer. CEPA Europe accepts VISA and MasterCard. The payment process takes place directly on the bank’s secure payment server. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via the secure bank server, which encrypts all submitted information. Neither CEPA Europe nor any technical intermediary gain knowledge of your credit card details.
If you would like to pay by credit card, please send an email to your CEPA contact person who will provide you with a link and instructions for payment.

Paying by Check:

For those of you who do not have a credit card available, we also accept payment by personal check through mail.

Payment deferrals using scholarships or financial aid:

We understand that many students receive financial aid to cover the costs of their studies, including their study abroad programs. However, it is the responsibility of the student to meet financial obligations and payment deadlines. If financial aid is available to you and you would like to use it to cover all or part of your study abroad program fee, you and your financial aid advisor must complete, sign and return the Payment Deferral Request Form.

Services offered are calculated in Euro at fixed rates. Payments are based in Euro and can be made in other convertible currencies based on the actual exchange rates at the time of payment. Please be advised that exchange rates fluctuate daily, so payments made in currencies other than the Euro may be lower or higher depending on the rates at the time of payment.
