Internationalism, foreign language skills and intercultural awareness are essential qualifications needed to be successful in today’s globalized business world. Foreign language proficiency not only opens up new markets across the globe but provides an edge over the competition.

Therefore, CEPA Europe mainly works with universities, colleges, and professors (not individual students) to develop customized and academically-directed internship programs mainly in Germany and France (other countries upon request).

With our internship programs we provide excellent opportunities for students to gain career related, on-the-job experience while at the same time, gaining essential knowledge of the German and European languages and culture. By taking part in a CEPA Europe internship program in Germany, your students will gain some of the most important credentials for their career – international experience.

CEPA Europe arranges internship placements in companies or institutions which fit the personal interests of your students, academic goals and background as closely as possible. Housing assistance, language preparation and cultural immersion courses are also arranged for each internship placement.
